What materials do you use to make the idols and temples?

We arevery strict on our quality control and workmanship, we only use Makrana Marble in our idols and Temples. Our marble life guarantee is for 1000s of years with the same shining and polishing. We DO NOT use any artificial colour to make it extra white.

Where are your idols and temples made?

Temple and Idols carving being our past generational work, Pratistha has several house workshops being in makrana, swaroopganj, Ahmedabad, and Mumbai

Can you custom make a Moorti or poojamandir?

Pratistha has a very wide range of idols and temples. However, due to any circumstance, we can custom make new idols and temples as per your choice.

Can your marble idols or temple be easily cleaned?

Marble is a natural material obtained from earth. It has a life of 1000s of years and can easily be cleaned with water. However, the gold Warakh and vegetable colour have a limitation of 10 years which can be redone after that. Marble is also a porous material so it can absorb stains of ghee, Chandan, KumkumChandan.

How long does it usually take for a custom order for idols or mandir?

We have more than 400 skilled artisans but as all this carving and craftsmanship is Handmade, it takes approx. 30 days to make any order depending on size and structure.

How do you ship your products and how long does it take for delivery?

We Deliver our idols Pan India and abroad. Pan India we deliver through local couriers and internationally we deliver through DHL and FedEx. It takes a maximum of 5 to 7 business days for our idol to reach anywhere in the world

What happens if our shipment is damaged in transit?

Pratistha understands your trust and belief in your devotion. We have one of the best packings as we have a German foam packing machine that takes the shape of the idols and doesn’t let it move during transit. We also have fragile stickers and handle with care instructions for any transit. However, due to many circumstances, if the idol is damaged we provide another idol free of cost at your given location.

Does the colour and gold work on the idol turn black?

We are Proud of having maintained our quality over the years. We only use vegetable colors that are organic and don’t stay the same their a lifetime. The Gold warakh we apply on the idol is 22k gold leaf work which by time will get antique as any regular gold gets.

Are there any Duties and Taxes on the import of your products?

Marble Idols are very religious products and the only product which does not have any GST on them. Marble Temples have 18% GST on it. There are no import duties or extra taxes on it for any other country as well.
